Nereidas is a private beachfront villa ten minutes north of Todos Santos, on the Pacific coast of Baja California Sur, the whole house for up to six guests, or a bungalow suite for two. This stretch of Baja has not changed in millennia: desert, cardón, sky, and sea. The house, designed by Studio Font, stands in the middle of it, steps from the beach.

A house of pigmented concrete by Studio Font, held between desert and sea.
Studio Font drew the house; Niños Héroes furnished it. Warm wood and open air against raw concrete, the Pacific past the pool. The film shows it best.

The stay
How many guests does the house take?
Six, across three king suites, each with its own bathroom. Book the whole house, or a single bungalow suite for two.
Can we book a single suite?
Yes. Each of the three bungalow suites can be booked on its own for up to two guests, or you can take the whole house for up to six.
What does the rate include?
A 24-hour caretaker and concierge service. Daily housekeeping, chef service (breakfast through dinner), boat charters, turn-down, and the rest of the experiences list cost extra and are arranged through us.
Are children welcome?
Yes. The pool and terraces are open by design, so small children need watching.
Can we bring a pet?
On request. Write to us before you book.
Is the Wi-Fi good enough to work?
Yes: high-speed, Zoom-quality Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in every room.
Can we hold an event or a photo shoot?
Yes. Small weddings and commercial photo or film shoots can be arranged on request, at a separate rate. Tell us the dates and what you have in mind, and we will send you a quote.
Booking & payment
How much does it cost to stay at Nereidas?
Rates change with the season and the length of stay, and the whole house and single suites are priced differently. Check live availability for exact rates, or write to us and the concierge will send a quote within a day.
Is there a minimum stay?
Two nights.
When are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 11 am. If your flights fall outside those hours, tell us and we will look at the calendar.
How does payment work?
Half the total confirms your dates, and the balance is due on arrival. Full terms come with your quote.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30 days or more before check-in receive a 50% refund of the lodging amount; after that the reservation is non-refundable. The full Cancellation & Weather Policy has the details.
Location & season
Where exactly is Nereidas?
Near Agua Blanca, on the coast road ten minutes north of Todos Santos, in Baja California Sur, Mexico. Los Cabos airport is about an hour and a half by car, and La Paz about an hour and a quarter. The exact pin comes with your booking confirmation.
How do we get there?
Fly into Los Cabos (an hour and a half by car) or La Paz (an hour and a quarter). The last stretch of road is unpaved, so a high-clearance car is the comfortable choice. Directions come with your confirmation.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes. The concierge can arrange transfers from Los Cabos or La Paz, and have the kitchen stocked before you arrive.
Should we stay in Todos Santos or Los Cabos?
Los Cabos is busier and built around large resorts. Todos Santos is a Pueblo Mágico with galleries, good restaurants and long, quiet Pacific beaches, and the airport is still an easy drive. Guests who come for quiet, design and space tend to choose this side.
When is the best time to come?
October through May is the mild season, and gray whales pass offshore from December into April. Summer runs hotter and quieter.
Can we swim in the ocean?
The beach in front is open Pacific, with strong currents most days: a beach for walking, surfing, and watching whales, not for swimming. Swim in the pool, or at Playa Cerritos half an hour south, where the water is gentle.
