Bookings

Reservations are confirmed once payment is completed through our booking system (operated by Lodgify) or as otherwise agreed in writing. The rates shown include the services listed as "In the nightly rate" under What's included on our home page; experiences and additional services are arranged and billed separately.

Occupancy

The villa accommodates a maximum of six adult guests across three suites. Events or visitors beyond the registered party require prior written approval.

Cancellations

Cancellations 30 days or more before check-in receive a 50% refund; cancellations less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable. Weather, hurricane season and road access are covered separately. See our full Cancellation & Weather Policy.

House & safety

• Guests are responsible for the property and its furnishings during their stay.
• The pool, beach, and surrounding nature are enjoyed at guests' own risk.
• Please treat the desert landscape with care. It has been here far longer than we have.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nereidas is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
