Nereidas ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry or booking request, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, and message. Bookings made through our booking partner, Lodgify, are additionally subject to Lodgify's privacy policy.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange your stay.
• To communicate about an upcoming or past reservation.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and booking records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to booking@nereidas.travel.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses analytics and advertising tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta to understand how visitors use it and to measure our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser. Embedded services, such as our booking widget or video player, may also set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling and page interactions), in addition to Google Analytics. Clarity does not record payment details, and form fields are masked.
